Sea Breeze Dreams & Cinnamon Bark

Large, hemp and jute, ink in teals, raw edges, with a page of poetry worked into the cinnamon side. One face carries the sea air and the other carries the bark, the salt and the spice of the same memory. The poem is not decoration. It is the kind of thing a person keeps and returns to, pressed into the cloth the way a dried flower is kept in a book, and the fiber has taken it in.
