Poppy

Double-sided, hemp and jute with ink and raw edges. A poppy is a flower of sleep and of remembrance, which is an unusual amount of work for something so light. The two faces split the duty between them. On one side the red keeps its nerve; on the other it has already begun to settle and go quiet, the way a memory does once you have carried it long enough.
